Location: Windsor Locks, CT
Pay Rate: $40.78/hr, Max pay rate not to exceed $115,000.00 annually
Duration: 1 year W2 contract
Shift: First, 8:00am to 5:00pm
**MUST be a U.S. CITIZEN**

Job Description
Position requires a highly energetic individual to support all Quality aspects of the Windsor Locks Repair Station. The Repair Station is primarily responsible for the overhaul and repair of air management systems, electronic engine controls, fuel pumps, propellers, and pneumatic starters for worldwide commercial and military customers.
Work with the assigned Quality Engineering Staff to:
• Review Supplier Pass Through First Article Inspection folders
• Assist in activities associated with supplier quality, warranty process, part purges and MRB activities
• Assist on Internal Quality Audits
• Perform RRCA for any quality issues within repair station via work flow.
• Support the corrective action board (CAB) and Relentless Root Cause & Corrective Action (RRCA) board.
• Assist processing warranty dispositions through SAP
• Update and maintenance of information technology quality tools (workflows, SharePoint sites, customer portal, SAP)
• Perform repair station manuals and procedures per request
• Coordinate with quality engineering and engineering the cost support quality efforts.

Requirements:
-Bachelors degree or higher
-4-7+ years of experience within Quality is required.
-Candidate with Electronics or Electrical background is required.
-Experience with FAA Part 145 Repair station regulatory requirements and Code of Federal Regulations is highly desired.
-Experience in Microsoft applications: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access is required.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills is required.
-Past experience in an operations or manufacturing company is preferred.
-Experience with SAP is preferred
-Due to programs this position will be supporting, it requires an US Citizenship.

This position will also support the following:
• Ensure repair station is in compliance with all associated quality procedures and policies including quality requirements driven by the Customer & Regulatory Agencies (FAA/EASA/CAAC/CASE) and future regulatory agencies
• Support the quality clinic to ensure nonconforming material is flowing efficiently.
• Ensure quality metrics are updated and submitted to central quality, government agency (DCMA), and internal business unit.

Additional Job Details:
This role will be expected to not only support the Quality Engineering Staff, however also be an active contributor towards the business operation. The candidate will be exposed to all aspects of the business. Flexibility and willingness to take on additional tasks outside of the core quality role is required.
