Job Description:

As a Control Systems Engineer- Avionics Components Specialist, you will provide life-cycle product development support for safety critical aerospace system/sub-systems for reliable operation in extreme environmental conditions. You will be part of a diverse, highly collaborative, multidiscipline team responsible for control system component requirements management, design, development, modeling, and testing.

Job Requirements

· A Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical or engineering with 5+ years of experience in aerospace, or other highly regulated industry. The candidate shall be self-motivated, adaptable, highly organized, able to work with multi-disciplinary teams and optimize solutions to complex problems with vague, dynamic, and often conflicting requirements.
· The candidate shall have knowledge of control theory, control processes, controls modeling and analysis using one or more analysis tools.
· Experience with development and testing of precision accuracy, high reliability propulsion control system sensor and actuator components.
· Experience with sophisticated verification techniques: Assertion-Based Verification, Formal methods, Universal Verification Methodology (UVM), and Constrained Random Verification.
· Familiarity with DO-254, DO-160, DO-178, ARP4754 and/or other development assurance guidelines
· Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required- U.S. Citizenship Only
