Avionics Technician III

Description:
An Avionics Technician III job in Englewood, CO is currently available through Belcan with one of our Aerospace clients. You will be using your skills and expertise to repair and maintain electronic systems involved with the operation of an aircraft. You'll be responsible
for installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing our aircraft avionics and electrical system components and keeping our aircraft in airworthy condition. To be considered for this role, you will need a High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least of 5 years of relevant experience. This is a great opportunity with a growing company with cutting edge technology.
An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required for this job.
Avionics Technician III Job duties:

* Repair and maintain electronic systems involved with the operation of an aircraft
* Installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing our aircraft avionics and electrical system components and keeping our aircraft in airworthy condition
* Ability to understand an interpret technical schematics and drawings, especially wiring
* Strong understanding and experience with wiring and wiring repair
* Experience with soldering
* An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent and at least of 5 years of relevant experience.
* Familiarity with FCC and FCC GROL
* Basic understanding of spectrometer, Oscilloscope and/or Pitot static equipment
