Controls Engineer

Description:
Designs, supports, performs, and manages a controls function for a larger mechanical or electrical system, which applies control theory to design systems with desired behaviors. Majority of work is for test stands built and operated by Ground Test.

Requirements:
A good understanding of hydraulic systems. Candidate will be asked to work with technicians and other engineers to assemble new systems.
Troubleshoot existing systems and develop design modifications as required achieve performance goals.
Experience with MTS Systems FlexTest Controllers and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) is required.

Education:
Bachelor degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of related experience
Experiencing manipulating PLC’s.
