PDS Tech Commercial, Inc. is seeking candidates for a Master Seat Builder- Interior Craftsman in Hartford, Connecticut.

Job Title: Master Seat Builder- Interior Craftsman
Job Type: Full time; contract
Location: Hartford, CT 06096
Pay Rate: $29.76-$35.71 per hour

Job Description
In your role, you will
• Adhere to General Work Requirements (Factory, Shop and / or Hanger positions)
• Comply with environmental health / safety policies / procedures. Participate in 5-S activities. Perform work in a safe and timely manner
• Fabricate / install / refurbish / modify / aircraft interior equipment and furnishings
• Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as required
• Perform mechanical / electrical removals and installations
• Perform assigned duties as assigned
• May assist with maintenance at off-site locations
• Clean aircraft as required
• Assist with other maintenance disciplines

As our ideal candidate

You have experience building aircraft seats (and/or luxury automobile and/or boat seats)
You typically have interiors experience on aircraft upholstery (ex. previous soft goods experience, upholstery experience remove & installs in aircraft)
You have demonstrated mechanical aptitude
You have demonstrated ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings - preferred
You have basic PC skills - preferred
You have demonstrated ability to communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and / or aircraft status - preferred

Pay Details: $29.76 to $35.71 per hour
