STS AeroStaff Services is hiring Senior Advanced Processors for open positions in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Job Duties:

• The Advanced Processor shall evaluate processes and configure manufacturing systems to reduce cost, improve sustainability and develop best practices within the production process
• Create complex processes, validate customer processes, write quote letters, contact outside vendors for quotes of their equipment, provide customer and specific deliverables for ALL phases of the quoting process
• Perform all processes in process designer and train colleagues in advanced process designer
• Assist in creating workable libraries and assist in developing the process designer and estimating collaboration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Applied Science or graduate degree ( Engineering)
• A minimum of ten (10) years’ of related experience including at least five (5) years’ in an advance processing role and accountability
• Solid experience with expert advanced processing capabilities in all fields (BiW, TCF, Aerospace, logistics and military)
• Champion user of the software process designer
