804 Technology is currently looking for a Supply Chain Contracts Spec. for a position that is immediately available located in Fort Worth TX. The Candidate Must have very good analytical skills, using MS Excel intermediate functions. Must have excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills to company leaders. Must have project management experience. Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier and commodity management, business case development, supplier relationships, contracts management, supply chain management, project management. Excellent skills MS Office, SAP, CLM, ENOVIA, QlikView, PowerBI, or other similar software application. Analytical experience in commodity management, key performance indicators, business cases, profit, and loss. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with Long-Term Contracting, Strategic Sourcing strategy and techniques, contract negotiations, financial analysis/forecasting, cost analysis of commodity / raw materials. Demonstrated experience with cost analyses and understanding direct/indirect commodity pricing. Demonstrated ability to be successful in the face of ambiguity. Description/Comment:

• Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier and commodity management, business case development, supplier relationships, contracts management, supply chain management, project management.

• Conduct data analysis using Excel, SAP and other Bell systems for root cause analysis for cost drivers.
• Partner with Supply Chain program focal points to manage contracts including but not limited to bid analysis, process approvals, troubleshooting, stakeholder engagement for major campaigns and development sourcing projects.
• Lead supplier management initiatives including evaluation of current and existing suppliers for strategic fit, preparing, and issuing requests for proposal (RFPs), and facilitating the bid evaluation and down-selection process.
• Assist with negotiation strategies, conduct contract negotiations, and finalize contract award, with resources such as cost scenario models, contracting strategy techniques, and negotiation support tools.
• Maintain compliance with all contracting regulations, industry standards, and internal administrative requirements.
• Partner with Engineering Design Teams, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to create optimal solutions including cost effectiveness, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Assess, maintain, and utilize Bell information management systems for reports, key performance indicators, correspondence, files, presentations, analyses, and contract administration.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or related program. (In lieu of degree, will consider a combination of education and 5 to 6 years of additional work experience to be equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.)
