NDT Technician Level 2, 3 and 4 available

Description:
NDT Technician: Level 2, 3 and 4 available. Contract roles.

Duties: Under minimal supervision and with no instruction needed on routine work, the NDT Technician (Radiographic Level II) performs radiographic inspections of hardware using established techniques and equipment.

- Set up and operate conventional and Digital Radiographic (DR) inspection equipment, including Computed Tomography (CT), to inspect parts, materials, and assemblies to determine the existence and extent of discontinuities.

- Use complex Software programs (efX-CT, efX-DR, imageJ®, VG StudioMax®) to evaluate digital images and CT data files.

- Interpret both digital and film based radiographic images to determine location of subsurface and surface defects, such as inclusions, cracks, porosity, voids, unbonds, etc. Effectively communicate findings and relay information accurately through proper reporting processes and inspection reports.

- Perform inspection operations in accordance with Quality Control Standards, written specifications, or verbal instructions. Participate as required in product/process auditing through hardware/data verification and Statistical Process Control (SPC) verification activities.

- Complete all related documentation.
