Utilize AutoCAD to create routine layouts, detail drawings, assembly drawings, sketches, and diagrams.
Maintain and update drawing database with changes.
Possess drafting techniques knowledge and understanding of engineering terminology.
Develop and revise detail and assembly drawings from sketches.
Organize production drawings in a file system.
Liaise with internal and external personnel to ensure accurate electronic representations of department facilities.
Evaluate and report on the department's asset configuration program status.
Develop a scoring system for asset compliance ranking and execute a plan for full compliance.
Research best practices for asset configuration and develop new standard procedures.
Prepare and maintain general arrangement, mechanical, and P&IDs.
Conduct site visits for field verification of drawings.
Convert existing drawing formats to a consistent format.
Develop and maintain an asset drawing database.
Establish standardized drawing naming conventions.
Collaborate with departmental personnel to create an electronic vendor resource library.
Develop, conduct, and document training programs for process safety in LNG plants.
Attend training sessions to stay current with electronic documentation requirements.
Coordinate and manage facility asset drawings, ensuring updates are delivered.
Understand and implement Management of Change (MOC) policy for documentation.
Develop, maintain, and report Key Process Indicators (KPIs) to LNG process safety group.
Understand company Risk Control Standards (RCS) and ensure compliance.
Coordinate with LNG plants for incident reporting using the Incident Management System.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Understanding of drafting techniques and engineering terminology.
Mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
Familiarity with asset configuration management.
