Process Engineer

Description:
The Airframe Process Engineer is required for 2nd shift to complete tasks in Support of Assembly build, tooling, liaison, and planning. The candidates responsibilities will include supporting a Process Engineer Lead assigned to existing programs. Primary responsibilities include Manufacturing Engineering support of build and designs by providing produciblity review, work instruction planning, developing tooling and manufacturing plans, and manufacturing implementation and support of airframe installation and modifications. Also, the candidate must review, sign off, create, and implement PCAS for EC changes, issue SAP notifications to create new tooling, and perform process validations. The candidate must pro-actively coordinate with Design Engineering and other disciplines and actively engage in continuous quality improvement through the use of other ACE tools. The candidate must be flexible highly motivated with a proven technical ability and business judgment with the ability to work on multiple programs.

This position is seeking a highly motivated, flexible individual with proven technical abilities and business judgment. Good communication skills are required.

5+ years of Airframe Process Engineering required. The candidate must be proficient in all processes associated with Airframe Process Engineering. Proficiency in Solumina, Matrix, Microsoft Programs, CATIA, CADRA, and SAP is mandatory.

Candidate must be flexible in regards to work schedule and willing to support off shifts and weekends.

BS in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace or Manufacturing Engineering required
