Temp to hire 6 month contract
$15/hour

Morson International is currently seeking a General Laborer for our client, a parts manufacturer for the aerospace and aviation industries. The selected candidate will work alongside the manufacturing and production teams. We are in need of someone to help moves boxes, so heavy lifting will be involved. Other responsibilities may include cleaning and preparing the work site, loading and delivering materials, and moving and handling a variety of tools and machines such as blowtorches, forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, and saws. This production General Laborer would also ideally have experience for production in masking, cleaning, scribing, prep, sandblast, chembrite.
Prior experience working within a production or manufacturing environment is also a plus but can also consider background within construction, auto detail, car wash, or warehouse.
Shift options:
Monday-Friday:
1st shift: 6:45am-3:15pm
2nd shift: 3:15pm-11:45pm
3rd shift: 11:45pm-6:45am
Monday-Thursday: 4am-4pm or 4pm-4am (12hour shifts, work 4 days, 3 days off)
Friday-Sunday: 4am-4pm or 4pm-4am (12hour shifts, work 3 days, 4 days off)

*aerospace manufacturing environment: large metallic structures, aircraft parts, acid controlled environment, industrial manufacturing facility, safety knowledge
*Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check as US person
