Sr. Business Systems Analyst

Description:
STS Technical Services is hiring a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is a long-term contract role working on new product development for one of the most recognized companies in the world.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain powertrain matrix and bill of material (BOM) structure for current and future powertrain programs, including life cycle plans, value engineering and warranty.
Design support of powertrain components and system structures for current and future powertrain programs.
Manage virtual assemblies.
Create and update build books with subassembly alignments to bills of materials.
Obsolete Powertrains, component and sub-assembly part numbers as needed. Perform periodic BOM maintenance.
Attend Life Cycle Planning sessions and Vehicle Platform integration team meetings. Draw information from Current Product teams to ensure correct Powertrain BOM data.
Document new and existing processes and organization of documentation in a systematic, logical manner.
Will partner with internal stakeholder groups to identify needs, establish objectives and schedules, and report on progress to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Information Systems is preferred.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience and in-depth knowledge of project management and BOM, materials management and manufacturing processes.
A qualified candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Will also have experience with product life cycle management software and in maintaining bills of materials. Component design experience and proficiency with Creo are desired.
The role requires strong organization skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
