RF Engineering Technician

Description:
An RF Engineering Technician job in Tempe, AZ is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting engineering development and production activities such as testing, troubleshooting, and modification down to the circuit level of RF based hybrid electro-mechanical modules and sub-assemblies. To be considered for this role, you will have an Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology or a related technical discipline, plus a minimum of 2 years or related experience. Due to the nature of the work performed in this facility, US citizenship is required.

RF Engineering Technician Job duties:

* Assemble, disassemble, calibrate, fix and repair modules and sub-assemblies.
* Configure RF test setups and perform measurements such as gain, P1dB, noise figure, phase noise, adjacent channel rejection, and isolation.
* Conduct high level RF Tests and create associated documentation.
* Test, tune, and troubleshoot RF electronics to circuit level.

Qualifications:

* Basic electronic test and troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of RF test techniques, gain, and noise figure.
* Experience testing and troubleshooting RF amplifiers, LNAs, and Up/Down Converters.
* Familiarity with electronic test equipment spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, etc.
