Financial Operations Support

Description:
A Financial Operations Support job in Cincinnati, OH is currently available through Belcan.? To be considered for this role, you will need five years of experience with Industry financial systems to offer financial support for programs and projects for our customer and the military.? In this role, you will need to have a strong aptitude for manipulating data in Excel and thorough understanding of finance.

Job duties:
? Support the AEO team with engineering resource planning for the 2nd half of 2021.
? Receive, review and organize actual spend data from finance from the 1st half of 2021 and ongoing monthly spend.
? Receive, review and organize the various Section Leaders' input and re-forecasting for manpower for the AEO Engineering operations.
? Work with data from the Spotfire and Clarity financial data systems and manipulate into the Excel spreadsheet planning.
? Review and map the manpower forecast planning for the various AEO programs.
? Produce the reports/presentations required to review internally and externally with the AEO customers.
? Help summarize and review action plans from the various Section Leaders to address financial goals for AEO.
? Attend meetings (as required).

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in?Finance or equivalent experience
? Must have experience with industry financial software
? A strong aptitude for manipulating data in Excel and thorough understanding of finance
? Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required/U.S. Citizen only

Preferred Skills:
? Level of education required BA or equivalent experience
? Working knowledge of Aerospace / Engineering operations is preferred
? Years of experience Minimum 5 years hands on experience supporting financial tracking needs for a large # of employees
? Degree or education background BA or equivalent experience
Must have software skills: Clarity is not a must but 'would be nice to have'. Working knowledge of some GE Finance Systems is preferred (i.e., Clarity PPM using Rego Excel, Spotfire, Oracle Centerpiece, MS Excel, I-Procurement, Microsoft Project, SAP etc.)
