Job Summary:

The primary function of the File Clerk position is to file, make copies, send out out-going faxes, distribute in-coming faxes, distribute mail, and light data entry - overflow of general office/clerical.

Job Duties:

• Will be working on a project moving paper records to electronic storage

Qualifications:

• The ideal professional candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be personable, dedicated, conscientious, punctual, able to multi-task, be a team player, possess typing/computer skills
• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, someone who will efficiently and reliably accomplish the job, with a good eye for detail and accuracy
• The attitude is as important as the skills
• Ideal candidate can look at the project and come up with the best way of accomplishing it, while maintaining confidentiality, reliability, and efficiency
