Data Administrative Coordinator B - TX

Chipton-Ross is seeking a Data Administrative Coordinator B located in San Antonio, TX

This position is designated as an Office Administrator that will be supporting the HR department at our San Antonio site. Responsibilities include but are not limited to- receiving and directing all incoming employees into the HR Center. Manage, coordinate & facilitate new employee orientation sessions. Maintain site Recognition Program. Plans, initiates, creates and maintains electronic and written communication such as memos, reports, presentations, flow charts, and organization charts, with minimal direction, using applicable company standards. Processes incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination and required action. Verbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiences. Prioritizes and manages the schedule for HR members, as needed, advanced expertise with calendars and virtual resource tools to maximize efficient use of time. Allocates, tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules and availability to utilize resources efficiently. Plans, supports and implements logistics for internal and external events and meetings such as employee meetings, workshops, conferences, leadership events and customer/supplier/consultant meetings using Clientbusiness tools and resources. Generates expense reports HR Team utilizing Clientpolicies and tools to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. Assists travelers with reconciling charges and verifying payments to corporate credit cards. Exercises latitude and judgment in the coordination and processing of travel arrangements and monitors on-going logistics for all designated business travelers using Clientpolicies and tools to ensure travel efficiency. Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations. Coordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resources such as computing equipment, telecommunications and office equipment. Ensures conference room resources are maintained and available. Inventories, orders and maintains office supplies for area of responsibility. Researches, collects and compiles data such as training completions, business expenses, action items and other matters requiring follow-up and provides visibility of status. Works under minimal supervision. Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external customers, co-workers and peers, while maintaining highest level of confidentiality with sensitive information. Promotes teamwork and value-added ideas to management and administrative staff.

Accredited High School Diploma/GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
