Product Marketing Manager- Permanent

Description:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for supporting Business strategy development, customer concept validation, product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including: strategic planning, working closely with engineering in defining the product, Operations on product setup, planning and management, and with the sales and support team on the strategic design wins to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The Senior Product Manager is expected to:

Participate in the development of the business unit strategy
Deliver prioritized market requirements and corresponding justification based on market trends, technology trends, and customer feedback that maximizes product success
Drive decision process on trade-offs between competing program priorities
Support Sales team members on key sales opportunities
Drive the product development program and pilot programs with early-stage products through introduction
Be an expert with respect to the application, products and competition
Manage the production forecast and product obsolescence
Drive resolution of all customer satisfaction issues
Basic Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Education Required

Required experience and knowledge

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the marketing of high-tech business to business capital equipment
Demonstrated success in product development and building strong customer relationships

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to synthesize complex concepts into the critical few elements that form the basis for success

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Master preferred.
Excellent teamwork skills

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Must be able to travel 20% of the time
