Pay Rate: $78.00

Description:

Company seeks an experienced Structural Analyst committed to providing top-quality analysis and design of primary & secondary airborne structure, in a cooperative and collaborative work environment.

Analysis tasks will utilize Abaqus/CAE and involve designs for static and dynamic strength, stiffness, and fatigue cracking.

Other analysis techniques will be learned and employed as required.

Additional Job Details:

Required Skills Knowledge and experience with Abaqus/CAE Structural analysis

experience of aircraft structure

Experience with using hand-calculations for structural analysis

Desired Skills Proficient with Abaqus/CAE (> 1 year)

Extensive finite-element analysis experience of aircraft structure (> 5 years)

Experience with fatigue analysis

Experience with airworthiness certification

Required Education

Must have at least a BS from an ABET accredited university with a major in Mechanical Engineering or other related field
