Description:
EE Technical Designer 2

Location: Ridley Park, PA
Duration: 5 months

Description:
Maintains releases and assists in developing electrical/mechanical drawings, systems designs or engineering documentation and data, by applying Company, industry and governmental standards. Using design tools, prepares documentation and incorporates basic design changes. Creates, develops and maintains elementary systems designs. Supports engineering system design and functionality validation activities. Supports the development and maintenance of moderately-complex product installation designs and part designs. Supports coordination with internal partners and external suppliers. Works under general supervision. Additionally, Candidates must have recent experience (within the last year) in designing, developing, maintaining and releasing wire harness drawings and/or 3D Model based definition data packages using CATIA V5, the electrical workbench, BoGart and/or Teamcenter. Candidates must clearly document their CATIA V5 experience on their resumes.

Education / Experience:
AA degree in related discipline and typically 1 or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The following skills are required for this assignment:
The level is intermediate CATIA V5. Aerospace experience is desired, but not required. Candidates with Automotive wire harness routing / MBD experience will be considered. Prior experience with Wire Harness Installation design in the aerospace field is preferred.
