Siemens PLC Controls Engineer

Location: Redford, MI

Terms: Long Term Contract Employment (18 months plus) - Option for Direct/Perm

Pay Rate: $45 - 52.00 per hour

Shift: 1st some 2nd at needed times

Shift Premium: No

Overtime: Yes and overtime pay

Controls and project management support for the startup and debug of new machining and assembly lines, as well as the ongoing production line changes and production support.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering technology, electrical engineering or related field.

Bachelor Degree is required.

Over 6 years of Engineering and Manufacturing experience required.

Proficient with Siemens PLC’s hardware and software.

Proficient with PC hardware and software.

Knowledge of networks and database operation.

Knowledge of servo, VF drive and HMI software and hardware.
