Job Summary:

The Reliability Analyst is a key member and contributor to the success of the Maintenance and Engineering Division. As part of the Engineering Department, this role works with a team of Engineers and Analysts to audit data and provide analysis to monitor and improve the performance of the 737 fleet. The Analyst will support existing department-developed software solutions used in routine analysis and reporting, and help develop new tools to provide more timely analysis and leverage our analytical resources as the fleet grows.

Job Duties:

• Develop technical knowledge of the Boeing 737 aircraft, powerplant, and systems to support value added technical analysis of mechanical reliability and operational data
• Perform routine data auditing to ensure accuracy and the best possible quality analysis
• Support existing departmental reporting and analysis tools (FileMaker Pro, Tableau, Hyperion Studio) and develop new solutions
• Create and distribute routine and ad-hoc reports for both external and internal customers
• Perform tasks as assigned and supervised by the Manager Reliability Engineering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred; in Engineering, Computer Science or related field of study
• Experience with modern data query / reporting tools (Tableau, Hyperion Studio); strongly preferred
• Experience in developing visualization of data / dashboards using Tableau software; preferred
• 0-2+ years’ of experience at an airline or aerospace company; preferred
• Knowledge of statistical analysis theory and application; preferred
• Knowledge of aircraft structures, engines, and components; preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications; required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal; required
• Ability to work and complete multiple tasks assignments simultaneously; required
• High School diploma or equivalent; required
• Minimum age of 18; required
• Authorized to work in the USA; required
