C++ Developer

Description:
Essential Job Functions
* Strong C++ Skills including C++11, C++14, C++ Boost, G++
* Embedded C, Linux, UML, SysML, Alpine, Bash
* Cross-compiling for x64 and arm64 (building/ testing on both targets)
* Usage/ practice of design patterns
* Writing multithreaded libraries and microservices
* Deep understanding and experience with network protocols: Ethernet, TCP/IP
* DDS (Transport Layer) Knowledge - RTI
* Latest Embedded Security (Certificates, Encryption)
* Experience with Docker and Docker compose
* Experience managing and developing databases on embedded systems
* Strong exposure to Generation of Use cases &/ Test cases and Preparation of defect report
* Use of HITL Simulators & Virtual Testing Environments
* Feature Implementation/ Development, Baseline Integrations
* Issue/ Defect resolution, Good Debugging skills (GDB)
* Code/ Design review, Issue/ Defect resolution, Feature Implementation/ Development
* Requirement, Design, Test Documentation
* Using Magicdraw to model requirements, data, architecture, design, and tests
* Git, Rally, Coverity, Google Test, Jenkins, SQL Lite

Qualifications
* BS or higher in either Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Science Engineering or equivalent (3 + Experience)
* Exposure to the Update industry is highly preferred

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
Examples:
* Mostly Office Environments. Occasional SIM Labs/ Shop Floor involvement
* Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
* Typical 8 hour days plus lunch/ 40 hour weeks
* Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.

Compensation Type: Competitive wages. Position also qualifies for benefits including medical insurance, dental insurance, disability, life insurance, 401(K), and paid time off.
