Staffing Specialist 1

We are currently searching for the right talent to fill this opportunity:

Staffing Specialist 1
(U.S. Citizenship Required*)
Renton, WA

• Support recruiting onboarding efforts by attending employee orientations to collect and verify I-9 documentation.
• Upload digital copies of I-9 documentation into recruiting systems and complete employee profiles.
• Support recruiting activities such as requisition creation, candidate screening and other duties as assigned.
• Provide limited or routine answers to customers and applicants on staffing process.
• Follow documented staffing processes to contribute towards the company's compliance and competitiveness.
• Maintain data for use in contacting potential candidates for opportunities.
• Assist identifying potential candidates to encourage them to apply for openings.
• Gather data from staffing plans to support and measure diversity/college goals and objectives.
• Send out applications and related forms to candidates following existing processes.
• Review candidate applications and related forms for completeness.
• Handle correspondence with applicants, Law Department and managers related to government conflict of interest.
• Assist higher level staff with routine, administrative hiring tasks.
• Support pre-employment process for new and re-hire employees by using specific guidelines, processes, procedures, to prepare for employee orientation.
• Coordinate event interviews, including scheduling and making travel accommodations as required.

• Able to work a modified schedule every Friday: starting at 6:00 AM in Seattle
• Able to work with highly sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
*U.S. Citizenship is required by law, regulation, executive order, or government contract.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree.
