Project Support Administrator

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a candidate for the Project Support Administrator position located in Richmond, VA
  • - Assist General Manager with travel scheduling, calendar management, expense reports, power point presentations, etc. 

    - Manage space planning and supplies to create an optimal, dynamic high tech environment for Tridium’s multi-functional software development company. 

    - Collaborate with corporate planners, facilities management, and vendors for furniture acquisitions, space utilization, and space acquisition. 

    - Manage office relocations, hotel space and conference rooms. 

    - Responsible for capital and operating budgets related to facilities planning and management. 

    - Manage security ID badge system. 

    - Key interface for third party property managers. 

    - Administer I9 verification for new hires. 

    - Become the expert in corporate HSE processes and policies and lead the organization in adopting best practices and compliance. 

    - Actively lead in establishing safe work plans. 

    - Complete HSE reports and paperwork within required timelines. 

    - Partner with business HSE resources to provide technical expertise on issues involving compliance with and interpretation of local, national and international environmental compliance requirements, environmental permits and regulations. 

    - Partner with the business leadership and HSE professionals to drive continual improvement of environmental functional programs, procedures and performance. 

    - Responsible for capital and operating budgets related to Health, Safety and Environment. 

    - Act as the procurement lead for functional areas including consulting, third party software licenses, indirect spend, etc. 

  • Basic Qualifications: 

    - Undergraduate degree plus 4+ years work experience with a solid record of achievement in Office management that includes facilities management. 

    - Demonstrated ability to manage/lead multiple tasks and handle changing priorities. 

    - Experience in supply chain management/purchasing and vendor management. 

    - Experience in reviewing legal contract business terms and working with legal advisors. 

    - Excellent Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint Skills. 

    - Experience with SAP or other large ERP systems.
