Description:
PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Associate for an open position in Alpharetta, GA.
  • Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware and software.
  • Responsible for day to day operations of Help Desk and some analysis on call volume.
  • Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems.
  • Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up.
