Able to demonstrate computer skills
Functional knowledge of PC (keyboard functions, mouse, etc.)
Able to demonstrate Intermediate use of: MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Web, Internet, and Intranet -- Create spreadsheets -- Use standard formulas -- Sort -- Filter, and create graphs -- Import/export information -- Embed files into applications -- Move data between Word and Excel
Able to demonstrate ability to use / locate devices (drives, files, printers) attached to network
Able to demonstrate ability to send and receive emails , find, open and save documents and files, perform data entry
Able to demonstrate ability to use internet explorer for web browsing , send documents to preconfigured printer
Able to demonstrate basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages)
Able to demonstrate business maturity and professionalism
Able to demonstrate ability to coach and mentor co-workers
Experience in a Customer Service environment (minimum 1 year)
EDUCATION: Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required: Post high school technology training or experience
■ Provide 3rd Shift coverage during employee absence.
■ 100% flexibility to work overtime as required due to work flow or coverage.
■ Use Autopilot and/or EFI Storefront to manage print workflow.
■ Utilized PowerPoint and Excel to support QBR and other client facing reporting.
■ Manage workflow, negotiate deadlines and partner with print technicians on daily requests.
■ Maintaining logs, job tracking and production tracking systems.
■ Format files for printing, ensure consistency with firm branding guidelines and quality control.
■ Collaborate with team members on complex and /or special projects.
■ Be alert of any Copyright materials and follow protocol, advise client to request approval from Legal Department.
■ Quality Assurance - proofread completed projects to ensure quality and accuracy.
■ Serve as a resource for printers and scanner troubleshooting and calibration of machines.
■ Pick-up and delivery of confidential documents, presentations, correspondences between several departments across several floors.
■ Assist daily with scanning requests.
■ Assist in other service areas as needed.
