Location: Lexington, KY
Pay Rate: DOE ($30/hr - $40/hr)
Duration: 6 month W2 contract
Travel: Yes, US only, military installations
Shift: First, 5/40, exempt OT
**MUST be a U.S. CITIZEN; NO DUAL CITIZENSHIP**
**MUST have an ACTIVE DoD SECRET CLEARANCE; INTERIM CLEARANCE SUFFICIENT**
-Entry to mid level career position. Ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service support role.
-Position will support logistic / supply chain / acquisition web site application users spread over the continental US as well as overseas locations.
-Candidate will work closely with software and system engineers to design, test, deploy, and troubleshoot web applications for a Department Of Defense customer supporting Special Operations Command.
-Written and oral communication skills are critical.
-This is not a remote position.
-Business takes place at 5749 Briar Hill Road in Lexington, Kentucky.
-Candidate can start with an interim clearance.
-No personal portable electronic devices (e.g. cell phones) are allowed into the building where business takes place.
-Tier 1 Customer Service Support (1-3 years' experience required)
-Oral and Written Communication / Good to Excellent Grammar
-Basic knowledge of relational databases and the ability to write standard SQL statements (1-3 years' experience desired) – (Basic SQL Query Knowledge)
-CompTIA Security+ certificate (desired)
-User Story Creation
-Agile SDLC Experience
