Description:
*This is a full time, 1 year contract position located in Ft Worth, TX*



CSS Staffing is seeking a Tool Designer to design, develop and implement industrial machinery and equipment including tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and prototype model parts.



Required:

*7+ years’ experience in aircraft tool design/fabrication

*Active Secret Clearance, with reinvestigation within the last 5 years

*Strong experience designing using Catia V, generative shape, parts, assembly and draft of workbenches and fabrication using composite materials, cure, trimming, drilling, forming, welding, inspection and assembly.

*Good GD&T knowledge

*Engineering Degree



Preferred:

*Experience in structural analysis/material selection/sizing.

*Experience in electro-mechanical/pneumatic/hydraulic systems design
