Description:
The DevOps Senior Architect will be an automation and security advocate responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and direction of security feature set and pipeline automation to product owners, designers, and software engineers with cybersecurity and development responsibilities within the engineering team.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical degree
10+ years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, release engineering, and/or software configuration management
Understanding of Software Security Architecture and Design, SDLC and the ability to clearly articulate best practices for software and application security
Experience with public cloud environments and technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience in DevOps environments and automating security controls into the CI/CD process
Experience working with a multiple CICD pipeline and continuously improving the release process for many products with competing timelines
Development experience in Python, Ruby, AWK or Shell
The candidate will be an advocate and practitioner of DevSecOps implementing both a security culture and a tools-driven and highly automated approach to bake security requirements into developer's workflow for safer software sooner
