Description:
We have an immediate contract or direct opening for a Aircraft Design Engineer with our client in Los Angeles CA who is a leading provider of Aircraft Interior Modifications.

Job Description

A position in the Aviation Division to support Aircraft Engineering Projects. The design engineer will apply knowledge of aircraft interiors to perform various design tasks including conceptual design of new galleys for executive aircraft. Developing model layouts for detail parts, assemblies, and installations, LOPA, Galleys, Stowage Bins etc. Create parts lists or PDM Bill of Materials for details, assemblies, and modules, including CAO parts.
Cross sectional and supplier communication will be required

Experience: Engineering Degree preferred with at least 5 years commercial aircraft interiors experience as an aerospace designer
Skills: SolidWorks preferred, Training can be provided if candidate has other CAD experience such as CATIA
