JOB DUTIES: This position will work within the 787 Manufacturing & Quality Systems group as an application and integration tester and will work on a dedicated test team. Candidate will work closely with business subject matter experts and IT developers to develop and execute test plans and scripts to validate system functionality will meet business requirements. Position is responsible to document test results and analyze results to determine whether additional system modifications are required. Communication both written and verbal is critical during status reviews and reporting of test issues and risks. Analyzes change requests, customer issues and relevant facts to determine testing estimates and risks. Performs all tasks per program plans and schedules for implementation. Support change control process for tracking and management of problems and changes to applications during testing. Consults with customers to clarify and refine complex requirements. Interprets and translates complex requirements into functional test cases.

JOB SKILLS:
*Experience with webservices testing, SQL, complex integration testing, HP Quality center, software lifecycle and testing methodologies.

JOB DUTIES: Perform aeroelastic loads analysis supported by CFD, wind tunnel pressure model testing and flight testing. Support and staff wind tunnel and flight testing as well as prepare aerodynamic data bases for use in external loads and dynamics. Calculate external airplane static and dynamic loads considering the random nature of atmospheric turbulence and the effect of automatic flight control systems in determining structural responses and load distributions. Also evaluate the airplane dynamic loads due to landing and taxi maneuvers. Solve flutter and vibration problems utilizing analysis and testing in order to solve in-service problems, provide input to improve preliminary airplane design, and to verify that margins of safety with respect to flutter are adequate.

JOB SKILLS:
*Good computing skills, excellent verbal and written skills, evidence of being willing and able to work in a team environment.

JOB DUTIES: AWACS Block 40/45 Production Program - Mechanical Systems / Structural Design. Provide mechanical/structure design support for large-scale modifications required to integrate an updated mission system onto the existing E-3 Airborne Warning and Control System fleet. Candidates will require an understanding of the mechanical engineering discipline along with the ability to communicate with a diverse group of organizations to develop engineering solutions. Specific job duties will include, design change development, statement of work statement preparation and release of engineering drawings. Periodic coordination on technical decisions with senior technical staff and upper management is required.

Use Issue and Action Management process and maintain and track issues and communicate pilot status to senior management. Coordinate and monitor the operational aspects of all pilot activities and serves as liaison between the pilot team and the Enabler teams. With all pilot participants and stakeholders, establish specific pilot deliverables, scope and completion sequence, and schedule commitments in order to maximize efficiency of pilot plans. Implement Program Management Best Practices to ensure performance to agreed pilot plans. Compile and/or direct the collection of pilot metric data, lessons learned, and historical data to perform trend analysis. Recommend changes and further development activities. Work with others to identify and track project risks

JOB SKILLS:
* Bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Must Have-Working knowledge and experience with Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) 25, 121, 145 as related to Airline and/or MRO maintenance operations, as they relate to airline maintenance planning.
* Strongly recommend previous project/program management experience in an Airline and/or MRO maintenance operation.
* Airframe and Powerplant license a plus.
* Must have the ability to multi-task and shift priorities with out compromising work assigned.
* Candidate must demonstrate a well-developed ability to communicate verbally and in written form.
