Rate: $33.38/HR

Job Description:
- Project Schedule Manager mid level complexity engineering management and project management for technical process improvement projects.
- Responsibilities include developing productivity tools, managing documentation, tracking schedules.
- Work closely with technical experts, project leads, and program managers in planning, creating, and managing resource loaded schedules.
- Track baseline schedules, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency scenarios.
- Ensure compliance with scheduling best-practices, accuracy of project schedules, and perform version control.
- Provide timely and accurate processing of schedule updates.
- Performs critical path analysis.
- Analyze the impact and extent of internal and subcontractor delays and major schedule changes.
- Suggest corrective actions to keep the project on scope, budget, and time.
- Create and publish high level integrated master plans and schedules in accordance with the requirements or needs of the necessary stakeholders.
- Capture progress to date in resource loaded schedule, and coordinate performance with EVMS staff to create monthly EV metrics and forecasts.
- Ensure that an open communication system is available where all stakeholders are informed about changes to established schedules.

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of experience
- Aerospace experience preferred
