CAD Designer - DIRECT HIRE

Description:
Major purpose:

Designers/Drafters work with design engineers to translate concepts into fully documented designs. Responsibilities include development and maintenance of 3D models and detailed drawings. Applications include cockpits and instruments for flight simulators.



Qualifications

"Minimum of 4 years' experience developing 3D models and detailed drawings

"Experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD

"Ability to work in a collaborative environment to develop innovative solutions

"Working knowledge of ASME drafting standards including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing

"Must have an existing Secret Security Clearance



Desired Qualifications

"Associates Degree in Engineering or equivalent training

"Advanced SolidWorks training

"Experience using SolidWorks Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM)

"Design/drawing checking experience

"Familiarity with aircraft cockpit systems
