Methods Specialist (647)

Description:
*This is a full-time, 10-month contract position, located in Nashua, NH*

Our position as a Methods Specialist (aka Operations research Analyst) will work to optimize and document the most efficient sequence of processes to streamline our depot repair operation. Candidate will be working with electro-mechanical assemblies, circuit cards, wire harnesses, and modules. Will develop, modify and maintain route cards. Will help integrate work plans into new shop floor system.

Required:
*2+ years' experience in developing manufacturing processes for either producing or repairing electronics such as circuit cards, wire harnesses, assemblies, modules or similar electro-mechanical items.
*Strong ability to build sequence of operations, use of process sheets, and tooling to meet end goals.
*Ability to perform technical writing using MS Office, Oracle, Acrobat and other graphic packages
*HS Diploma

Prefer:
*Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) particularly Solumina (http://www.solumina.com)
*Experience working in a manufacturing setting working with military hardware
