Product Support Engineer (17-207)

Description:
We are looking for a Product Support Engineer for this great opportunity in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This role will provide tier 3 support on a broad scope of our products and services and will include multiple
areas of software analysis, design, and implementation within the development organization. With this comes an expectation that the individual will be functioning across numerous products, projects, and office boundaries –providing software support for enterprise level applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and drive pragmatic solutions to complex problems taking short-term and long-term goals into consideration.
Maintain durable products that enable high-growth business strategies.
Maintains existing products through enhancements, bug fixes, and ongoing maintenance.
Conducts root-cause analysis to identify and correct any system issues.
Reviews and revises existing technical documentation for all products and technology areas to ensure all information is current.
Packages and tests applications in accordance with our standards and procedures.
Communicates with team members regarding troubleshooting process, progress, and completion.
Follows up with team members to ensure system issues have been completely resolved.
Develops relationships with outside vendors, service providers, and partners to drive system improvement.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in computer science or related technical discipline
C, C++,
C#.NET, Java
Java script, frameworks used such as Hibernate
MS SQL and Oracle database Stored Procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of telephony board, ie. Dialogic, AudioCodes
Work with Installers such as MSI
Working knowledge of Linux and WebLogic
Desired Qualifications:
Working knowledge of SIP technology
Working knowledge of Eclipse
Working knolwedge of Agile Methodology and agile tools such as Rally or Jira
Clinical or healthcare background
