Solid Propulsion Design Engineer

Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general direction, candidate will guide component design and system design of Nozzles, Igniters, Actuators, Pressure Vessels and Solid Propellant used in Solid Propulsion Systems, Controllable Solid Propulsion Systems and Air-Breathing Propulsion Systems.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
-A strong mechanical aptitude and experience with CAD software tools (CREO) is desired, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering and five (5) years of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
