Avionics Engineer

Description:
Avionics Engineer
Avionics Interpret electrical and avionics requirements and generate detailed task descriptions for the team
Significant leadership and equipment qualification experience
Experience with equipment design, integration, relevant testing both on and off aircraft
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
14 CFR Part 27 and 29 certification experience (ELAs, developing test plans and reports, system safety analysis, lead testing activities)
Leadership and mentoring skills – develop engineering staff in house
Design and integrate the following systems: communication Systems (like Becker, Eagle, etc), navigation systems (transponders, TCAS, mapping systems), TDFMs, 12 v and 110 electrical systems into an aircraft
Take designs and create Wiring Diagrams and Harness drawings
Have experience with 14 CFR Part 27 and 29
Have experience with writing test plans and performing tests(EMI/EMC, Flight testing, etc)
