Responsibilities
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Support recruiters in the hiring process
• Schedule interviews
• Process onboarding documentation
• Support New employee orientation
• Execute employment eligibility documentation
• Process applicant expense reports
• Maintain employee files
• Provide exceptional customer service and effective communication with all levels within the organization
• Perform audits and reconciliation to ensure data integrity
• Provide project support for various initiatives in HR
• Utilize lean electronics to identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications
• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent; identified skills and experience.
Preferred: AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System
• Strong attention to the details
• Exceptional follow-through and responsiveness
• Urgency in meeting customer deadlines
• Collaboration with all levels of employees
• Confidentiality with access to employee data
