Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Description:
This position reports to the tech data manager and will be accountable for producing technical instructions necessary to maintain the V22 aircraft, and to also coordinate with team elements of the department to execute and complete assigned tasks. This position represents tech data goals by producing technical data with attention to product safety, reliability, maintainability, economy of operation, and improvement or correction of design. This position provides expertise to plan, develop, and implement new concepts of data and support as required, resolves problems relating to maintenance and operations, as well as coordinates tech data development efforts in the form of recommendations to tech data management. Travel may be required. Amount of travel will vary.
Position responsibilities:
Provide analysis of technical data to support all V22 variances in the production of technical instructions.
Creates technical instructions and notifications for operation and maintenance of military products.
Support the development of systems within tech data and individual IPT's. These systems include: Level of Repair Analysis (LORA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode Effect & Critical Analysis (FMECA)
Analyze product operation and maintenance data to identify and document cost and safety related issues requiring corrective actions.
Supports & assists in data preparation and presentation for reviews.
Ensure professional and personal conduct are to the highest ethical standards and supports all Bell and Textron goals and objectives.
Will perform other duties as required.

Education Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Position Requirements:
4 years of aviation logistics support experience or equivalent aircraft experience.
Must be a detailed oriented self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced logistical environment.
Must possess a strong analytical skillset.
Must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access.
Must possess excellent presentation & communication skills.
