Direct opening for a degreed engineer with capital equipment - pulp and paper experience to work locally and travel periodically. Will be addressing various types of operational, mechanical, environmental, and reliability issues for a specific product line. Manage customer inquiries and provides information regarding application and compatibility to address customer's requirements. Prepare and present technical and commercial offers to customer based on information received. Research & resolve customer issues and provide solutions both in person and over the phone. Educate and train customers personnel on (operators, process engineers, and managers) on the proper operation of new systems both on the job and in a classroom environment. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related technical field and 5+ years of related experience.
