Description:
Test Engineer - Level 3

Location: Dallas, TX
Pay Rate: DOE ($50/hr - $70/hr)
Duration: 14 month W2 contract
Shift: First, 9/80, OT
**MUST be a U.S. CITIZEN**
**MUST be ELIGIBLE to obtain a DoD SECRET CLEARANCE**

Description
-Analyze complex electronic devices and circuitry to design automated card level test equipment (ATE), establish hardware and software test requirements, design and document ATE, integrate ATE software and hardware, and demonstrate ATE work product completion.
-Must be interested in working with both hardware and software, must be able to complete tasks per established schedule, and must have strong writing and communication skills.

Skill/Experience/Education/MANDATORY:
-One of the following degrees: BSEE or BSEET or BSCE
-Agilent 3070 Series III Test Development experience: (4-5+ years' experience required)
-Boundary Scan programming: (4-5+ years' experience required)
-Fixture design: (4-5+ years' experience required)
-Microsoft Office applications: (1-3+ years' experience required)
-Strong writing and communication skills

Desired:
-Agilent device programming (Flash, EEPROM, CPLD): (1-3+ years' experience desired)
-JTAG Tech programming: (1-3+ years' experience desired)
-TestSight CAD translation: (1-3+ years' experience desired)
-CKT1175 programming: (1-3+ years' experience desired)
-Perl: (1-3+ years' experience desired)
