Contract Project Manager - Automotive - Vision Systems - Michigan area

Description:
Keltia Design, Inc. is a technical support services company in the supplying recruiting, training, and engineering design services to customers in the Automotive, Aerospace and other Hi-Tech industries on a permanent or contractual basis. We have been in business for over 17 years.

Our client has a range of openings in the area of Automotive Vision System Software Development. Experience with cameras, radars, ultrasonics, Deep Learning etc. is desired. The Project Manager must be a versatile, detail oriented person to assist managing a group of engineers and coordinate group activities to achieve delivery goals and targets in an efficient manner.

The Project Manager will facilitate the communication between the various engineering groups and ensure the customers requirements are being addressed.

It is important to be knowledgeable of the key elements of system, hardware and software engineering, have a great sense of detail, know how to take on various duties in a short time, and be able to take initiative when needed.

Requirements
a. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related.
b. Proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, WORD, MS Power Point, MS Project), Experience with cameras, radars, ultrasonics, Deep Learning etc. is preferable
c. Excellent interpersonal communication skills (excellent verbal and written skills).
d. Strong programming skill in high-level language
