Avionics System Safety Engineer

Description:
We are currently seeking an Aviation Safety expert to fill an opening for a company in Nagoya, Japan. Interested candidates should have previous aircraft or aviation experience as well as 8 plus years of hands on system safety work.

Responsibilities of the Avionic System Safety Engineer

Creation and integration of SFHA/SSA/CMA Avionics Systems.
Technical coordination with aviation authorities including FAA, JCAB and EASA.
Technical scheduling and coordination with suppliers and internal departments.
Other activities related to Safety Assessments.

Requirements of the

4 year degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Avionics, Electrical, or Instrumentation).
8 plus years of experience in Avionics System Safety.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Previous aircraft or aviation experience.
