Radar Engineer - DoD Secret

Job Description:
Position serves as a journeyman engineer supporting the Lower Tier Air & Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) modernization initiative.
Performs a variety of activities for the LTAMDS Product Office relating to assisting the government in preparing plans/documentation and coordinating engineering activities. Contributes to the completion of specific weapons acquisition activities (Technology Maturation & Risk Reduction, Engineering & Manufacturing Development).
Duties require a knowledge of DODI 5000.02.
Experience with the Army Acquisition Community desired.
Assists LTAMDS PO senior engineers/analysts by assisting with the preparation, development, and coordination of information used in briefings, reviews, reports, etc. Supports the development of integrated plans and schedules.
Supports the technical, fiscal, management reporting and planning documentation associated with engineering activities.
Assists in developing status reports, charts, presentations, and briefings and monitors progress toward accomplishment of acquisition objectives.

Qualifications
B.S Degree with 7 years of experience is required.
Preference for a degree in Electrical Engineering.
