Description:
Reviews, develops, and modifies, as required, both short-term and long-term forecasted aircraft planning and maintenance schedules. Monitors operational activities and aircraft on the ground maintenance events. Coordinates operator recovery plans for operational disruptions due to scheduled maintenance activities. The Company Global Services C-17 Transport Tools and Technical Services team is seeking a C-17 Technical Publication Delivery Specialist. This role will focus on the integration, final quality checks, publishing processing, and support production and delivery of end products. Missile Defense programs are part of the Ballistic Missile Defense System which defends the United States homeland and its regional allies all over the world. Be a part of our passionate and highly-motivated team who are excited to be on the forefront of defense of our nation.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Team member will work with other industry partners in the development and execution of a comprehensive assessment program supporting the C2BMC Element of the Ballistic Missile Defense System.
• Evaluates systems under various scenarios and architectures to determine and/or optimize overall system mission performance in a framework giving insight into performance that may be employed by Missile Defense Agency and Warfighters
• Performs various analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture
• Develops and maintains analysis tools of varied fidelity including modeling and simulation tools to predict performance against evolving threats of current and future missile defense systems
• Develops, maintains and identifies improvements for the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes
• Defines, schedules, assigns, and executes tasks, and monitors completion to lead the monitoring of integration and checkout activities, receiving and evaluating of results of activities, and approving/disapproving of each by determining whether results meet the checkout requirements, so that integration activities can proceed
• Supporting the subject matter experts for integration and test domains, system engineering system performance/ domains, system-specific issues, processes, tools, and regulations
• Support efforts to solve complex missile defense problems

Test & Evaluation Lab Technician 2

Description:
**Active Secret Clearance Required to Start.**

This position will provide test and evaluation technician support in either a lab or an aircraft production environment while working alongside production operations personnel. The main responsibilities include fabricating and maintaining the instrumentation system, to include installing a high volume of sensors and associated wiring onto aircraft parts and assemblies per engineering requirements. Sensor types primarily include Strain Gages and Accelerometers. Other types include Thermocouples, RTDs, Pressure Transducers, etc.
Processes require coordination with Instrumentation Operations Engineers and Design Build Manufacturing Engineers, ability to interpret engineering drawings, locating, surface prep, hand sanding, cleaning, handling hazardous materials such as solvents and cleaners, adhesives, and sealants, wire fabrication, electrical terminations, soldering, crimping, wire routing, continuity checks, labeling, sealing. Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits and wiring is required.
Accessibility may require working for periods while standing, kneeling, working from stair ladders, mobile lift platforms, scissor lifts, boom lifts, or supported by overhead support systems. Personnel Protective Equipment (PPE) such as eye protection and hard toe shoes are required

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Reliability and Maintainability Engineer to join our Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Engineering organization located in Everett, WA.

The selected candidate will help design, certify & support commercial airplanes by applying state-of-art reliability and maintainability engineering design, modeling and analysis principles. R&M Engineering is a key functional discipline that supports the airplane development for optimal performance, lifecycle economics & compliance to safety and airworthiness requirements.

o Use modeling, simulation and data analytics methodologies & tools including statistical and probabilistic analyses.
o Serve as a technical specialist supporting other functional design groups during all stages of the airplane product development and support lifecycle.
o Responsible for aiding in determining program technical performance measures (TPMs) such as schedule reliability, airplane operational availability & maintenance cost.

Provide support in the following areas:
o Design for Reliability & Safety (airplane and system design reliability requirements validation & verification, reliability requirements allocation to suppliers, failure modes, rates, effects, propagation and detection analysis, architecture & operational provisions, safety & certification analysis, certification support, reliability & durability testing),
o Design for Maintainability (airplane and system design maintainability requirements validation & verification, task time analysis, maintainability evaluation of design using digital maintainability tools including virtual and augmented reality tools), requirements for and assessment of airplane technical performance measures (TPMs) such as schedule reliability, airplane operational availability & maintenance costs, TPM guarantee analysis.
o Interaction with airplane system suppliers, business partners, airline customers, airplane development program leaders, and functional management is typical, as is a high level of communication between the rest of the R&M Engineering internal organization, program teams, and functional design areas. Team involvement and individual effort, problem solving, and managing multiple actions and assignments will be regular duties for an R&M engineer.
