SUMMARY
Manage CAPEX projects, which include but not limited to writing, justification, project management and execution. Position Summary:

Client is currently seeking a Process Engineer I for our Kent, WA, USA location.  In this role, you will develop, maintain, and support effective, responsive Engineering support for assigned projects, customers and programs. Provide day-to-day engineering input and support to personnel required for quality, on-time production of composite structures, process engineering of composite structures and materials. Provide analytical and organizational support to Engineering Group Leader and Engineering Manager as required.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Interpret customer and internal drawings, specifications, processes and procedures.  Responsible for BOM changes, quote support, and process/product improvement analysis.  Update/create manufacturing and tooling plans with illustrations.  Coordinate manufacturing and tooling plans with design. Work with production personnel to build the product in a cost-effective way that meets the customer’s requirements.
Perform reviews of new drawings/specs and spec revisions.  Analyze designs for producibility.  Assess new program start-up issues.
Continuous Improvement leader - Implement process improvement and standardization. Calculate ROI on productivity and design improvements.  Identify and create cause and corrective action plans through thorough Root Cause Analysis.  Develop and implement measurement plans for data collection and analysis.
Assess and respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.  Effectively present information to top management, public groups, and customers.
Coordinate site visits for customers, suppliers, internal people, and local technical groups/associations and present technical data internally, to customers, and to suppliers.
Provide hands on training and guidance to operations personnel and develop necessary training materials.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with coursework in engineering or other closely related field of study. Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in specific composite manufacturing process areas will be considered in lieu of degree.
One to two years related experience and/or training in an engineering discipline.
Solid PC and CAD skills required.
Solid ability to define problems, and interpret a variety of technical instruction, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. 
Solid verbal and written communication skills are required.

We are seeking a highly skilled C/C++ Software Engineer to join our team in Owego, NY. This full?time, onsite role operates in a classified environment and requires an active Full?Secret security clearance. The engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain both secure processing applications and high?performance embedded software for mission?critical platforms.

Core Responsibilities

It would be preferred that the person filling this role would transition, after suitable demonstration of skills and related experience, to a full-time position with Lockheed Martin.

Develops, coordinates and conducts technical reliability studies and evaluations of engineering design concepts and design of experiments (doe) constructs. Position Overview:
The Mission Systems Multi-Domain Assured Navigation and Timing Applications (MANTA) Systems/Hardware department is looking for a highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer, with a passion for engineering, to join the Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing (APNT) team team to focus on System Engineering, Integration and Testing. The team is responsible for architecting, designing, and developing systems for real-time embedded navigation and timing solutions for military ground, airborne, and maritime applications. This position offers abundant opportunity to acquire in-depth knowledge of Assured PNT systems architecture, and to apply that knowledge in a team effort to develop our navigation products for the warfighter. The successful candidate will work with external customers and leadership as well as internal systems, software and hardware engineering development teams to integrate navigation products for ground applications.

• You will create and maintain system requirements and design documents.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field
and minimum 3 years of experience

Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance (one will NOT be needed for the work for this role)

Our client is currently seeking a Quality Engineer I for our Kent, WA location. This facility designs and manufactures a broad range of complex structural composites and assemblies supplying some of the world’s top aerospace and defense contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for several product lines working within the quality management system. Additionally, the QE must ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of processes and quality controls with an emphasis to details and maintaining the utmost personal integrity, positive, and professional image.

The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:

Know and apply applicable customer specifications, procedural requirements, and internal quality procedural requirements to assure compliance to required systems and procedures. Conduct internal and external audits as required. Create and maintain quality documentation and corrective action plans when required by customer or internal system. Review and process discrepancy tags when MRB action is required.
Review, analyze, and approve production planning with respect to the quality, first article and inspection requirements, model base definition (MBD) and GD&T requirements. Analyze technical requirements of contracts, drawings and specifications to develop plans for product quality.
Participate in design reviews, develop part inspection plans, and drive overall continuous improvement projects.
Regular and frequent communication with customer Quality Assurance organizations regarding first part qualifications, root cause and corrective action status, program status, or advanced rejection tag information. Effectively work with suppliers and Supplier Quality to assure requirements are implemented and compliant. Must work with customer’s on-site representation and visit customer sites from time to time.
Model safe working habits and champion safety in the workplace. Operate at all times in compliance with the Client Kent Quality System and Quality Policy. Comply with Client policies, procedures, and Code of Business Conduct.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline from four-year college or university preferred.
Minimum of two years of experience in Quality Assurance, aerospace manufacturing preferred.
Knowledge of AS9100 and Nadcap requirements. Familiarity or hands-on experience with measurement and inspection equipment.
Ability to define problems, characterize defects, collect data, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Communication and inter-personal skills to communicate the defined problems, data, and conclusions.
Experience with reading, analyzing, interpreting, presenting, and creating the following: drawings and specifications with MBD, general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, governmental regulations, reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Other preferred experience and skills: Lean/Six Sigma, American Society of Quality (ASQ) certification, Certified Lead Auditor training, strong technical analysis, and strong statistics background in support of Six Sigma activities.
