Job Summary:

The Business Process Analyst works closely with Product Support management in identifying and defining key business process flows and the associated data management. The primary goal of this position is to provide support as needed to business users, including Claims Administration, Parts Sales, Technical Publications, Finance and Service Center personnel to successfully manage operations to achieve financial, operational and customer service objectives. This role will document requirements, coordinate functional evaluations and assist in the implementation and testing of new or enhanced systems. This position serves as a primary liaison between Customer Service and the client. This person will achieve “super user” proficiency, train others, assist in the development of desk-top instructions and seek continuous improvement in all processes.

Job Duties:

• Manage master data, ensure accuracy and completeness for Customer Service
• System integration support of inventory management, logistics, and Third Party services tracking and financial impact
• Become a system business process owner for all customer web portal processes
• Technical data development (authoring) and deployment processes using the customer web portal and other distribution methods
• Collaborate with IS, Engineering and Technical Support groups as needed in process development for aircraft data capture, routing, storage and analysis
• Lead the creation of custom reporting tools needed to extract and analyze financial and operational data. (KPI’s and dashboards)
• Interact with all levels of Management
• Support individual departments within the division while maintaining company objectives
• Develop and implement new system functionality to meet business requirements
• Prepare documentation and training for Customer Service procedures
• Take part in continuous improvement initiatives on an on-going basis throughout Customer Service

Education, Work Experience, Certification and/or Licensure:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or related field from an accredited four year college or university
• 5-10 years’ of equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Understanding of data and its impact on downstream processes
• Experience with SAP, Teamcenter, Quantum and/or Business Objects/Crystal Reports preferred
• Familiarity with web-based support and materials management
• General understanding of business or aviation support processes required
• General understanding of software and financial integration

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Eager to learn and understand complex business processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement new technical functionality to meet business requirements
• Ability to create and administer training to end users

Physical Requirements:

• Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors
• Incumbents may be required to stand, sit, squat, walk, bend, climb ladders, move, reach, or stretch for prolonged time periods with no restrictions, as required by job duties
• Work in a safe and professional manner while adhering to all regulatory requirements (FAA, OSHA, DOT, EPA, State, and Federal regulations, etc.)
• Read, hear, speak, and see with no restrictions, as required by job duties
• Comprehend and adhere to management directions and/or safety instructions with no restrictions
• Effectively communicate in Business English language
• Pull, push, carry, lift, or move items up to 10 lbs. throughout the work shift without assistance, as required by job duties
• Pull, push, carry, lift or move materials/people/items/equipment weighing up to 50lbs. or more during the work shift, with the use of Company provided “reach assistance technology” or “movement assist technology” (fork-lifts, pallet jacks, pulleys, dolly’s, robotics reach equipment, people movers etc.), as required by job duties
