Tooling Design Engineer

General Summary:
• Seeking a Tooling Design Engineer who’s passionate about precision, creativity, and collaboration to help design the tools that bring company aircraft to life. Electrical/Avionics Engineer

Description:
Support the Electrical & Avionics Lead Engineer and the overall product development Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the electrical, avionics, and software engineering discipline. This position will entail successful integration of electrical and avionics systems into current and proposed new aircraft designs. The person filling this position will be required to produce electrical drawings such as wiring diagrams, harness assemblies, schematics, and installation drawings either manually or using AutoCAD. In addition, the person will prepare documentation in support of FAA certification activities.

Position Summary:
• As a member of the Product Development IPT, you will support all design groups by validating 3D CAD models and assemblies, and by performing detailed quality checks of 2D drawings to ensure compliance with company drafting standards and recognized industry best practices.

• Our QC Inspector position performs inspections or testing to ensure conformity with the type design engineering data. They document their results, identify defects and report when instances of poor quality items increase. Stress Engineer

Description:
Support the Lead Engineer and the overall product development Integrated Product Team (IPT) in the structural analysis discipline. This position will entail the development of detail analysis, creation of documentation and substantiation reports, and general coordination of stress and fatigue analysis within the IPT and Core Engineering.

MRB Stress Engineer

Description:
The MRB Stress Engineering Contractor evaluates, dispositions and performs substantiation analysis for a variety of engineering-related problems discovered during manufacturing and assembly. The successful candidate will provide a technical disposition for nonconforming parts and assemblies, ensuring compliance with type design, regulatory standards and airworthiness requirements.

As a key element in the cross-functional collaboration between MRB liaison, quality and manufacturing to meet regulatory requirements, the candidates role will be pivotal in maintaining the structural and functional integrity of our aircraft while supporting efficient production flow.

Essential Duties and responsibilities:
• Perform stress analysis of nonconformances of composite (and where required, metallic) parts and assemblies identified on the production line.
• Review Quality documentation and MRB Nonconformance Reports to determine the extent of defect and appropriate analysis approach to substantiate an engineering disposition.
• Communicate NCRs clearly to Structures Stress team leads and request additional technical support when needed to ensure a flowing production line.

• Demonstrate knowledge of standard repair procedures for typical nonconformance occurrences.

Electrical Engineer - EWIS

Description:
The Aerospace Engineer, EWIS (Electrical Wiring Interconnect System) position is responsible for designing, analyzing, and maintaining the electrical configuration of aircraft systems. These EWIS aspects are for various systems and components on an airplane and rotorcraft. This role requires the significant exercise of independent discretion and judgment in matters of significance.

Responsibilities:
• Review and understand customer specifications, technical documentation, and electrical configurations.
• Analyze design requirements and perform trade-off studies.
• Produce and validate electrical documentation, such as wiring diagrams and harness data reports.
• Create and maintain tracking tools for quality and productivity.
• Review and analyze the electrical configuration of aircraft systems, read and understand the technical documentation such as schematics.

Education:

Preferred Experience:
• Five (5) years aerospace experience in EWIS, including experience in the electrical aspects of the various systems and components and/or controllers on the airplane.

• Strong understanding of electrical harness assemblies, components, and routing.
• Strong knowledge of aircraft wiring (EWIS) & electrical systems is required.

Airframe Design Engineer

Position Summary:
• As a member of the Product Development IPT, you will support the Airframe Design Lead Engineer in all aspects of airframe design.
• You will contribute to primary and secondary structural design for current and future aircraft, producing CAD models, detail and assembly drawings, and installation documentation.
• You may also support shop floor and experimental hangar activities related to airframe design for prototype and production articles.

Essential Functions:

The Aerospace Engineer, Systems Safety position is responsible for supporting the focal systems engineer by design, developing, testing and certifying a system/s for a project. This role requires the significant exercise of independent discretion and judgment in matters of significance.

Responsibilities:
• Generate System and Parts safety requirements, typically:
o Create system safety requirements
o Create validation and verification plans for safety requirements
o Assess compliance of systems, components, installation and operation for systems against the defined requirements
o Communicate the system needs to internal and external consumers of the design
o Compare design solutions for safety
o Determine key parameters for designs, including AFHA, SFHA, DFMEA and FMEA/FMES, Fault trees at unit, system and aircraft design level

Seeking an experienced and motivated Certification Engineer III to join our team. This pivotal role will serve as a key player within the company, driving our aircraft certification efforts and collaborating with regulatory authorities, particularly the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of aircraft regulatory certification processes, a proven track record of engagement with the FAA, and extensive familiarity with relevant regulations and advisory material. This individual will be instrumental in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of airworthiness and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all aspects of aircraft product certification projects, from initial planning through final approval, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison and point of contact for key projects with the FAA, fostering strong working relationships and representing the company's interests effectively.
• Develop certification strategies tailored to individual projects balancing compliance risk with timelines and budgets, while guiding diverse teams through developing the Certification Basis, Change Product Rule evaluation, Issue Papers, Equivalent Levels of Safety and Exemptions.
• Independently prepare, review, and submit certification plans, compliance demonstration data, and other documentation to regulatory authorities.

Education

Required Experience:
