What You’ll Do
As a Shipping/Receiving Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials to maintain inventory accuracy and quality standards.
Pick, pack, and ship materials to support production and customer orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts to ensure precision.
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address material-related issues and streamline operations.
What You Bring to the Table
You Must Have:
Some experience in shipping, receiving, or a pick/pack environment.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills to manage inventory records and order systems.

PDS TECH is currently looking for an Equipment and Tool Engineer for our Aerospace client in Auburn, WA.
This role involves reviewing electrical schematics, control panel designs, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Will be out on the production floor, interacting with mechanics, safety, and equipment services, and directly supporting the production system.
Job Type: 12 months+ contract assignment
Schedule: Monday to Friday; First Shift 7AM-3:30PM
Pay Rate: $43 to $48 per hour
Desired Skills/Experience include an Electrical Engineering degree and 2+ years project management experience supporting complex technical projects, evaluating/selecting equipment solutions, and assessing electrical system requirements. 1 or more years of experience with programming languages such as Java and SQL. Experience in Automation and robotics.

As a Sr. Project Engineer, you’ll oversee all aspects of small to major capital projects—including scope, cost, resources, and funding—while ensuring full adherence to project deliverables. You'll be the main point of contact between clients and key stakeholders, directly managing the design, construction, commissioning, and verification phases.
Manage full project lifecycles: scope, cost, timelines, resources, and funding
Lead execution of construction, commissioning, qualification, and startup activities
Coordinate the quoting process across multiple simultaneous projects
Support the development of pre-project documents such as charters, management plans, estimates, and milestone schedules
Review design plans for constructability and compliance with key project components
Collaborate with design teams, contractors, and partners to meet critical project milestones
Prepare and present reports at progress meetings
Provide hands-on support for construction and plant startup processes
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field, or
10+ years of construction supervision experience, or
5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or military setting
Preferred:
Experience implementing new manufacturing equipment and processes
Background in food or pharmaceutical industry environments
