Job Responsibilities:

  • Bond a variety of materials including composite, metal, or laminate for assemblies, parts, skins, components, equipment, or structures.

  • Precisely lay out articles and cut materials to specified sizes.

  • Apply liquid or solid bonding agents effectively.

  • Operate equipment like autoclaves, hydraulic presses, and ovens to complete the bonding cycle, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement team in Chula Vista, CA. We are a tactical team that manages distributed products for the manufacturing of Nacelles. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepares Requests for Proposals (RFQ) to comply with all technical, quality, delivery, and contractual requirements

  • Analyze supplier quotes and proposals

  • Creates and authorizes purchase orders and approves payments to ensure the procurement process goes smoothly

  • Drives on-time deliveries on all shipments

  • Manages supplier performance to cost, delivery, quality, technical and programmatic/contractual requirements

  • Required to manage a high volume of material orders

  • Collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and to deliver resolution to complex supplier issues and drive systemic lessons learned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Experience with Enterprise Planning Resource (ERP) and/or Material Requirements Planning (MRP) software, specifically SAP

  • Experience with Procurement, Operation, Logistics, or Inventory Management

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  1. Perform assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures and varied drilling and riveting operations; ensures parts/assembly meet requirements.

  2. Possess the proven ability to move to new tasks with only a moderate, short-term impact to established goal hours and schedule.

  3. Rivet structural members, assemblies and parts using all tools required. to do the job (e.g. portable riveting guns, pneumatic drills, counter sinks, rivet shavers, files, reamers, rivets). Must display the ability to remove fasteners without damaging structures.

  4. Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations, type size and hole pattern for rivets.

  5. Check all work and ensure a defective free assembly prior to final inspection.

  6. Instruct and assist other team members in interpretation of blueprints, drawings, and engineering orders; develop methods and shop aids to resolve production installation difficulties and problems.

  7. Maintain and use all logs and records (e.g. MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs).

  8. Align and assemble parts to be riveted using jigs, holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners.

  9. Make repairs per Discrepant Material Tags (DMT), Material Review Request (MRR), Production Change Orders (PCO), performs necessary rework to ensure installations meet conformity. .

  10. Maintain a neat and orderly work area, supports the company 5S & Lean Initiative Program and complies with all safety regulations.

  11. Work with little or no supervision.

  12. May assist/instruct other team members.

  13. Support Lean Activities.

Other Requirements:

  1. Basic computer skills.

  2. Must be able to read a scale and perform basic shop math.

  3. Read and comprehend basic documents and instructions.

  4. Must have essential personal skills, which include an aptitude for hands-on craftswork, a professional attitude, attention to detail, ability to work with people and to meet demanding schedules.

- Coordinates with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management.
- Coordinates with Environmental, Safety, and other Shared Services functional areas as appropriate in regard to logistical functions performed under contract.
- Coordinates and conducts pick-up and delivery of measuring equipment with customers, employees, and management.
- Follows established standard work instructions ensuring quality throughout the processes.
- Packages equipment for shipping, ensuring all required paperwork is attached appropriately and billing the appropriate accounts.
- Contacts vendors by mail, email, or phone to coordinate RMA/RFQ's, expected completion, tracking of shipments. Update system to reflect most current status.
- Experience with Microsoft office.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize and support SAP CO module: CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PC, CO-PA

  • Responsible for SAP FICO configuration and RICEF objects

  • Conduct conceptual and detailed design (blueprint) activities against project requirements and deliver a detailed solution design document within FICO modules covering all required aspects

  • Understand the integration and relationship between SAP modules to be a key resource for projects originating outside of FICO team

  • Support CO-CCA, CO-IO, CO-PC, CO-PA with additional assistance on any of the following FI related functions such as FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA

  • Drive business processes, discussions, and solutions regarding FI and CO- Product Costing

  • Support end to end process of Production/Planned orders for both Make to Order and Make to Stock scenarios

  • Utilize Tax Engine integration (US, GST, and VAT), in particular, TaxWare

  • Mentors and develops more junior team members within FICO modules on technical/process areas

  • Participate in system and application upgrades, enhancements, and resolutions

Looking for a high energy, dynamic team member for a Production Planner/Scheduler role to support sustaining business for the Cabin Integration value stream at Collins Everett, WA facility. This position primarily supports the Cabin Integration value stream at our Everett, WA facility; however, upon achieving best practices the candidate may roll out the benchmark to other value streams or be requested to change primary value stream supported as required.

- Key Responsibilities
• Understand forecast / planned Customer demand.
• Understand forecast / planned production supply.
• Develop a cadence to investigating supply plan supportability in support of delivering Customer demand on time in-full.
• Understand material available-to-promise analysis.
• Understand production clear-to-build analysis.
• Validate schedule to capacity.
• Look after the work order release in line with Build requirement.
• Perform supply plan reconciliation upon identification of manufacturing inhibitors.
• Handle the escalation process when a deviation from plan occurs.
• Be responsible for the engineering change introduction, product transfer support, and entry into service planning.
• Work alongside; operators, production schedulers, materials and equipment to ensure on time in full delivery to all customers.
• Communicate with our Program Managers, Operations Program Managers, and quality team as required to align on priorities.
• Optimize planning parameters (PFEP) to achieve plan and inventory targets.
• Review engineering changes and incorporate the production planning component to enable production

- Preferred qualifications:
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel (look ups, pivot tables).

  • Read work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations, type size and hole pattern for rivets.

  • Check all work and ensure a defective free assembly prior to final inspection.

  • Maintain and use all logs and records (e.g. MIR sheets, DMTs, Crabs, PCOs).

  • Align and assemble parts to be riveted using jigs, holding fixtures, pins, clamps, and fasteners.

  • Make repairs per Discrepant Material Tags (DMT), Material Review Request (MRR), Production Change Orders (PCO), performs necessary rework to ensure installations meet conformity. .

  • Maintain a neat and orderly work area, supports the company 5S Program, and complies with all safety regulations.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision on duties and tasks.

  • Support Lean Activities.

 
Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to read and interpret blue prints.

  • Must be skilled in close tolerance work and have knowledge of use of special tools and equipment.

  • Must be able to use mathematical formulas by solving dimensional problems using fractions, decimal fractions and whole numbers.

Position details:

Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for writing System Verilog and UVM as part of their primary role in the verification of hardware designs written in VHDL. They will work within a Linux environment using TCL scripts to control verification tools and collaborate with RTL designers to resolve test failures. Even Simpler: The job is for someone who writes special computer code to make sure that other computer codes for hardware work correctly without any problems.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Minimum of 5yrs writing System Verilog and UVM as a primary job function

  • Experience with verification of designs written in VHDL

  • Experience with Linux command line workflows

  • Experience writing TCL to control verification tools

  • Demonstrated ability in root-cause analysis of test failures

  • Experience working closely with RTL designers to collaboratively resolve verification test failures

  • Experience with Git SCM using LFS and Submodules


Desired Requirements

  • 10yrs writing System Verilog and UVM as a primary job function

  • Experience creating prediction models from functional requirements documentation using System Verilog or SystemC

  • Experience with DPI based simulator interaction for stimulus and prediction

  • Proficiency scripting in either Perl or Python for parsing and manipulating text files

  • Experience with Questa Sim and Visualizer

  • Experience with the UVM-Framework workflow

  • Experience writing split Class/xRTL BFMs for use with both simulation and Co-Emulation (Veloce experience preferred)

  • Experience writing and maintaining Verification Plan Documents

  • Experience working on USG Contracts and the associated documentation/process expectations

  • Experience with common interface specifications used in spacecraft

  • Experience verifying designs targeting radiation hardened Virtex FPGAs



Pay Details: $71.00 per hour
