What You’ll Do

What You Bring

Required Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.

• Associate’s degree (AA) in a related technical discipline.

• Strong background in electrical and electronic systems.

• Proficiency with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and meters.

• Ability to calculate and analyze series/parallel resistor networks and apply Ohm’s Law, Kirchhoff’s Law, and related principles.

About the Role:
As a Structural Mechanic II, you will work in a team-oriented environment where you will perform a variety of structural assembly operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and operation sheets to determine the correct sequence of operations and ensure proper assembly.

Champion Customer & Supplier Collaboration

Advance Quality Systems & Documentation

• Ensure QA equipment capability and champion improvements or upgrades when needed.

• Develop and maintain critical QA documentation, including AS9102-compliant first article reports and internal quality standards.

Lead Audits & Compliance Readiness

• Conduct internal audits and support certification audits for AS9100, ISO 13485, Nadcap, and AS9102.

• Introduce and refine statistical methods to elevate engineering and production performance.

Own Corrective Action & Technical Leadership

• Conduct rigorous root cause investigations and lead corrective/preventive action activities.

• Guide daily work for inspection teams and communicate key quality updates to leadership.

• Provide technical direction on export classifications, customer configurations, and all program execution requirements.
