Client is a leading provider of systems, products, and solutions in national security and technology areas. The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing engineering projects, ensuring that technical, cost, and schedule goals are met. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, customers, and subcontractors.

Project engineers driving the project execution, evaluating technical engineering changes, working development of hardware, interfacing with manufacturing and factory operations, supporting supply chain.

Must be able to properly digest and interpret the engineering drawing, specifications, mechanical assemblies, hardware testing, and manufacturing documentation. (Spinning CATIA models occasionally but you are not expected to perform detailed CATIA design.)

Mechanical Designer with Solidworks

Description:
Johnson Service Group is looking for contract Mechanical Designers to work in Englewood, CO.

Duties: In this role, you will be using your skills and expertise to develop engineering defintion for the Airborne Mission Network (AbMN) C-130 program. These drawings will be incorporated into a very complex technical data package including parts and assemblies for advanced mission payloads and electronic systems. You'll create and review layouts, drawings, and models for clarity, completeness, and accuracy. You'll identify design errors, omissions, and other deficiencies, and recommend revisions and/or improvements in designs.


Skills: Understanding of engineering principles and practices, including configuration management. Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teams. Experience with Computer Aided Engineering tools and drafting practices using SOLIDWORKS. Preferred experience with Enterprise Product Data Management (EPDM) and 3Dxperience (PLM) software. Working knowledge of ASME and Government standards. Prior experience applying and interpreting. Knowledge of industry-standard design principles, to include, but not limited to parametric design, model-based definition, material hardware and or electrical component selection, fabrication, manufacturing, and production processes.

Education: Must-haves: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 3 or more years of relevant experience. A higher level degree may substitute for experience. Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education Preferred: Associates or Technical Degree in a related field Background in the Aerospace & Defense Industry.

Supply Chain Specialist

Description:
Analyzes post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases. Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action. Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system. Reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs. Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies.

Position Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the overall inventory health across the global distribution network for stocked parts

· Management of MRP capabilities related to inventory balancing and replenishment for stocked and non-stocked parts

· Coordinate with program management and finance to ensure alignment between inventory plans and business/financial performance goals

· Collaborate across the supply chain team and technical engineering communities to leverage insights for supportability and planning strategies

· Partner with Customer Program Managers and utilize customer relationships to gather intelligence for demand planning

· Identification & dispositioning of excess material; to include sourcing of excess materials from within Boeing’s overall supply network

· Integrate with Program Management and Business Development on stocking strategies, both domestically and internationally

· Key contributor to the Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, responsible for Inventory Planning

· Achievement of Supply Chain Planning Key Performance Indicators (Fill Rate, On Time Delivery & Stocked Zero Bin); responsible to determine root cause/corrective action for metric degraders

· Maintenance and reporting of performance for Tailored Part Packages/Service Level Agreements

· Identification and management of critical parts, utilizing Management Control and Inventory Reserve capabilities to protect AOG & Hi Priority orders

· Partner with Supplier Management, Finance and Program Management to develop sourcing strategies that utilize long term contracts and maximize material cost breaks (Time Phased Supply Planning, Min/Max, etc.)

· Leverage analytics capabilities to continue automation of business processes


Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management

- Bachelors in Business/Supply Chain Planning or Science Engineering

- SAP experience

- Supply Chain Demand & Supply Planning & Strategy

- Excellent Excel modeling skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

- Data Analytics/ BI and Reporting
